management tool that allows for the reporting of faults, feature
requests and logging of tasks that you need us to do for you. Customers are
able to see a full history of each job, assign tasks to their staff or to ours,
prioritise and categorise jobs, and use our powerful reporting engine to see at
a glance the status of all projects and jobs. |
